Shipping policy

At PENCIL ONE, we are committed to providing a seamless experience for our clients throughout the product photography process. Please note that clients are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending their products to our photography studios. Below are the available options once your product shoot is complete:

Shipping Products to Our Studios

Clients must cover the shipping costs when sending products to our various photography studios. We recommend securely packaging your items to avoid any damage during transit, as we cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.

Post-Shoot Options

After the completion of your photoshoot, you have the following options for handling your products:

  1. Return Shipping
    If you would like your products returned, we will do our best to repackage them in their original packaging, where possible, and prepare them in a "shipping-ready" condition for return. We will then ship the products back to you.

    Return Shipping Cost Options:
    You can cover return shipping fees in one of the following ways:

    • Include a pre-paid return shipping label with your initial shipment.
    • Provide your UPS or FedEx account number to your account manager. We will securely store your account information for future shipments.
    • Allow us to cover the shipping costs upfront, and we will email you the bill for reimbursement afterward.
  2. Temporary Storage
    For clients who may require their products for future promotional needs, PENCIL ONE offers 3 months of free storage. This service helps avoid repeated shipping costs if your product is needed for additional campaigns. After the initial 3 months, extended storage options are available for an additional fee.

  3. Product Disposal
    If the products are no longer needed or cannot be reused after the shoot, you can choose to have them discarded. This option can help save on return shipping costs, especially for items that have fulfilled their purpose.
